Well it is sweetcorn season at the farm, so I only get to do big field mowing jobs on Mondays (our produce trailer is closed on Mondays). I decided to use the new Bush Hog 3008 with the HD rear wheel option.
I wound up doing $600 worth the work on 4 jobs and never hit a single rock (knock on wood). This mower is so quiet that you wouldn't know it was back there if it wasn't for the cloud of dust it creates LOL! It has rubber bumpers on the rear wheel mounts that takes a lot of the rattles and vibrations out of the mower. It is a little bit heavier to lift than the standard setup, front end is a little light, but it actually turns easier that way.
