I have an ebay store. When the buyer returns something. The seller has to refund the original shipping.
I put a restocking fee on all my items. That way if the seller returns the item I will get most of the shipping back.
If the buyer wants to play dirty. He can open a item not as described case and force you to give a full refund including shipping.
He can also break the item and claim shipping damage. Ebay policy states sellers are responsible for shipping damage. The seller has to give full refund plus pay return shipping.
