I've did some looking into the flywheel .. I think it's tight enough I don't see any play in it what so ever?now do you think it might be bearings or something of that nature making that noise? I've took clutch disc out and checked everything but not yet removed the whole pully yet. I plan to pull it off this week and check some more the drive gear and clutch forks all look good on the inside I've checked all of that ? Maybe is a bushing or something? I bought this tractor from a man in middle Tennessee few months back said he had not drove or used it in 10 years but was sure it was an older restore . And since I've got it I've run it and did things with it , that noise had not started till the other day. Like said its like something rubbing in there like clutch disc or something or a bearing of some kind??? If it was reduction gear you would think it be coming from someplace else but at idle Speed and in neutral it makes that noise but not in gear?
