Similar problem today, myself. Company cell phone is somewhere, but not where its supposed to be. And I'm on call, so if they're calling me, I'm not getting it. At the end of the day, I reached for it and grabbed air. Tried calling it in the office, no ring. Went out to the company truck and had someone else call it, no ring. Last I remember seeing it was on the front desk of a customer, but think I grabbed it on the way out, but maybe not. Now here's a good one. I tried calling that customer several times starting at 4:30. Their auto-attendent says that they are open from 8:00 - 5:00, Monday through Friday. From 4:30 - 5:00, no matter what I pressed, I got no one. As bad as the economy is, if no one can reach you, you're business is going to be hurting. I'm their phone guy, but I never call them, they call me to fix something if its broken. Today is the first time that I tried calling them to see if they had my company phone...and they are broken. I wonder if they know it. If they don't, they will tomorrow when I stop by to look for my phone.
