I believe the problem is basically you get what you pay for - Tracfone is a cheap service. I have one and feel like launching it into the nearest wall when I can't connect which happens often. I get the "Call Restrictions - 34" error and it happens intermittently. If I wait a few minutes I can connect. Probably is just a slick way of Tracfone managing the volume of call traffic by refusing connections momentarily unless you keep retrying, etc.
