On parts support, I have a Branson and they are not well known. Dealers are only about 200 in the US. A lot of dealers just mix the smaller ones in with other lawn care products and they are not their main money channel. Nearest dealer that handles the larger ones is 50 miles away. Parts source is Korea but they have warehouses in TX. GA. and may still have one in CA..
So I'm mowing one day and a rock hits my cab door and being safety glass it shatters into a thousand pieces. Call the dealer mentioned and they said they have 7 in a warehouse in Plainview, TX. Bought one and with no special charge, UPS had it at my house in 3 days.
I figure if a remote dealer can get a part like that to you in 3 days with no super shipping charge, why worry about one being around the corner?
Besides, when I buy a tractor, I don't want one that's in bed with a repair facility!
