I have Windows 8.1 on my computer and have been offered the "NEW" Windows 10. I looked into the privacy concerns on the new operating system and decided I am not interested in it at all. Microsoft is basically saying your computer and it operating system are theirs to do with what ever they want if they decide your a threat to their system. The new Windows also searches through your emails /web sites visited so that they can target advertising and website to you.
I dislike Windows 8.1 and really wanted something "better" but at this time I do not feel Windows 10 is a program I want on any of MY personal computers.
Here are an item from the new service agreement that I find unsettling:
"We will access, disclose and preserve personal data, including your content (such as the content of your emails, other private communications or files in private folders), when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to protect our customers or enforce the terms governing the use of the services."
Another thing is that Microsoft can use your band width to down load information to OTHER computers. This is areal issue if your on a metered service.
Here is a very good article about the privacy issues and how you can turn off much of the sharing issues.

It wasn't to show off my restoration skills (though I had tried my hand at a couple of old motorcycles in my teens and if I recall correctly, those old motorcycles were sold in boxes about one quarter finished). It wasn't to relive memories of Grampa, Dad or myself out on the back 40 nursing the Farmall pulling too many b
