I've found most are very willing to learn.

That suit and tie that hired her doesn't know squat about farm/tractor stuff...share your knowledge with them young'uns..just like we do here.

Got a couple at my local farm store.....one knows her stuff..her new husband restores old tractors and puts my collection to shame.

Another is fairly new, but learning fast. Sharp intelligence in her eyes and what she doesn't know yet about tractors she makes up with modern knowledge.

Forgetting a filter number once I asked her to look it up in the store book. She said no need...googled my tractor model and ended up HERE...yep, thanks, that's the number.
