The Statue of Liberty reference wasnt that someone was going to drive your mule to see it, it was in refernce to what the wires will look like after you poke holes in the insulation. The wires corrode and end up looking green like the Statue of Liberty. When the wires are green and rotten, they break. When they break, the juice dont flow.
