Actually, 5 wagons and a large trailer load. All stacked and under cover, should be nice and dry for threshing at the steam show this weekend. Left them in the shocks longer than I should have, but persistant rains kept them damp. This weekend, they were pretty dry, except the bottom of the straw where it was on the ground. That should be dry by weekend. Looks like a good yield except the corner of the field where the wild turkeys got into them. Think I need to take up fall turkey hunting. They owe me some!
Anyway, looking forward to seeing a bunch of my friends at the Blanchard Steam and Tractor show this weekend. Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Blanchard, Michigan. We going to be running the thresher pretty heavy all weekend.
