55 50 Ron, You can upload it to Youtube.com and then link it into this posting without ever having to compress it. Its relatively easy and you can add more videos in the future if you want. I can help walk you through it if you would like.
I've attached one of my videos that I have put on youtube and then linked it to this post. (again its very easy) and if you are worried about others aside from this site viewing your video ON youtube you just select for your video to be either private or unlisted so you only show it to those that you want to (this forum in this case)
