That's a tough one. They're all crooks. I'm currently with progressive and only have liability as the newest vehicle I have is 1999. Recently I was hit by a hit and run driver which I got their license number and I called my local agent to ask them for advice in handling the situation and they wouldn't help me. For a fee they would handle it for me but refused to tell me what to do. I'm shopping too.
