For my bench test, I did over fill it on purpose to see where the oil would leak out overnight and I got nothing. There is room for expansion above the fill cap where the vent is located. I even ran it for an hour on the jack and not a drop.
I can't believe all the oil came out of the vent, but right now it looks that way.
I know the secret how to remove rear end and it's clean, so that's half the battle if it has to come out again.
