welcome to the forums Trykerguy i'm sure you'll enjoy this new hobby (or addiction for some of us call it) of tractor restoration far as I know the Jubilee was only offered in 53 (but if I'm wrong it'll be pointed out by someone) the model continued for many yrs after and was referred too as a Jubilee by many there is a deadicated forum on here for ford tractors which you will find great answers to your paticuar make as to needing a title and registration is need in northern IL I'm not sure of your state laws but as far as I know you don't I don't know of any state that has them and as most provinces in Canada don't have that requirement but some do someone in your state will surely chime in
