Got up to acident seen today. I had not realized how close I came to having to be cut out of the truck. I went straight sideways about 15' into the pole. The truck is a V sideways as well as up and down with the point of the V down. About 20" farther back with the truck would have put the pole into my drivers side door. If it wasn't for the pole I probably would have been rolled over. The left tires when hit turf at edge of pavment cut a grove about 3" deep from sliding sideways. I got a cracked rib and a few other bruses. Way luckier than the passengers in the car, Driver 19 year old male ejected and passenger 17 year old female also ejected, both listed as incapaciting ingerys, Neighbor said they think she was run over with the car on right side of her body, after things could not see with right eye and her hair was found in the cars tire. Driver was sited for stop sign. Third person in car was a 16 year old male that evidently did not get hurt as he was not taken to hospital. All 3 different names and addresses. Car was owned by drivers Dad and was a 2007 Saab. Insurance adjuster was out today to look at truck.

But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out. After numerous dead ends for a replacement carb, I went to work fixing mine.I soldered new floats on the float arm, they came from an old motorcycle carb, replaced the packing on the throttle shaft with o-rings, cut new ga
