Never been to an auction??? Just a word to make you learn fast. Do your homework before buying. Look at what things sell for in your area be it new or used and go by what things are worth. Here is an example of what I have seen at auctions. Guy buys a Lincoln buzz box welder and thinks he got a good deal. He pays $250 for it and brags he got a good deal. Well at the time you could buy a new one for $195. Or here is another example. Gal buys a nesting box made of metal. Stand about 5 foot tall with 4 across each layer. Pays $75 for it and new they are selling for $52. Just a heads up as to what happens at auctions and people not thinking or knowing local prices for things. Or the other way around. Example of what I have gotten. Manure spreader payed $7 for it and it had 9 sheets of sheet roofing in it and a clevis and some heavy cable. So things can go sky high ir dirt cheap just depends on who is or is not there
