You will find out in a hurry that a lot of the best players drop out along the way because they and/or their parents get very sick of the politics. The first person you need to watch out for is the parent/coach. They are there for one reason only...I'll let you figure it out if you don't already know. If you can find a coach that is not also a parent of a team member, said coach is likely under constant attack by parents who think their kids should be the stars. It is a no win situation. If you have a top player and you decide to coach, parents will attack you for not playing kids who have no ability. In the end, in many cases (but not all of course), the worst end up rising to the top.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
