I believe that the 13.6 x 38 was the standard size rear tire on the Farmall 560. However there were many optional sizes both smaller, 12.4 x 38, and larger, 14.9 x 38 and 15.5 x 38. Most of our 560's were sold with 15.5 x 38 which was the largest size available on the 560's. The 16.9 x 38 first became available on the Farmall 806 as I remember. The 18.4 x 34 was the standard Farmall 806 size.

Front tires on our 560's were usually either 6:50 x 16 or 7:50 x 15 I believe. 7:50 x 16 may have been available. I know it was on the 806.
