When we retired, we went where we wanted to go, did what we wanted to do and then I went back to my woodworking hobby full time. After a few years, I cut back to 8 hours a day, later still I cut back to 4 hours a day. Now I've not done any woodwork the last 2 years because of health.
We'll be retired 18 years at the end of December. Just enjoy retirement while you can; that too will come to an end - and there isn't much you can do about it.
Last year I stopped buying softener salt in 40lb. bags as they were hard to handle; now I buy the 25lb. bags of salt.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
