BOUNCY 3-POINT

I have a Ford 3000, the problem I am having is that when there is a light load on the 3-point, it bounces when I lift it. With a heavy load (counterweight) or no load on the arms only, it is no problem. It runs pretty smooth. With a light load (post hole auger) connected to all three points, it bounces on the lift. What should I be looking for?
