I'm not talking about the patriot act,I'm talking about this administration,the EPA under this administration and any other agency they can use to harass,torment,threaten,bully,sue and imprison citizens. Look in to the guy who has wracked up over twenty million in fines for digging a pond that was designed by the government,OK'd by local agencies and build exactly to their specs. He's being fined every day because the EPA says it "MAY" violate EPA rules. They won't tell him how or why he's in violation,or even that he is for sure,they just keep tacking on $35,000 a day in fines.
