What you describe is what I do ie. manually paying bills online through my bank using online banking. Most banks offer online bill pay. My bank happens to be Huntington. What you do is register each payee once using the name and address from a current bill. Then to make a payment just log on then go to the Bill pay tab and type in the amount you want to pay and who you want to pay it to from your list of registered payees. It's really slick and has never failed me.
