Changed batteries, now the ampmeter shows discharge when charging and charging when ignition is turned on. Switching terminals on the battery, the starter will not start. In service about a month and the battery shows charged. What changed? Checked the battery and the terminals are correct. One told me to switch wires on the ampmeter. Why do that if I did nothing but change batteries. Help!!!!!!!!!!!
