Rubber was introduced around 33' and was limited supply at that time. F-12 could have been ordered either way by 35'36'. You could have flat spoke cut off to 36 inch tires or round spoke F&H 36". I did not know this but after talking with Gordon Rice dealer got a wheel machine that would cut off steel wheels and weld on new rims all in one shot. I had though that most where cut and welded by the farmers.
