That tractor running is worth good money. Not running it is a crap shoot. The motor is very expensive to work on and the cylinder heads are know to crack around the pre-combustion chamber/injectors. With good tires and the power steering unit, it is easily worth $1000-1500 just in parts. More than that if the motor parts are useable.
I would not know what a restored Farmall Super MTA Diesel would bring in today's market. Ten years ago or so they would bring $4-5K in pieces and $10 if they where sharp.
