When I was supplying to commercial laundries, we hated to see people get Dexters because they didn't hold up. The best brands were Milnor and Uniwash, both made in the US. If properly taken care of they would easily last thirty years. Other popular ones were Wascomat from Sweden and Braun from Germany. The Wascos weren't as good as the Milnor or Uniwash.
