Non Runnin ,, is the biggest ISSUE ,,. why ,and what is wrong makes a big difference in value,, you mite pay 750-3750 depending on its history and ailments and of COURSE the TRUST FACTOR that the seller is giving you .example ,,. a non runnin tractor from a estate sale that has new parts , receipts and is a rebuild in progrees in a clean orderly shop in my mind would be worth more than one in a fence row.. imho ,.. I have a grey market 1986 yanmar 2220 that I paid 7500 for with a new koyker loader , I thought it was worth it ,, but it just lookt like a good deal .., it developed engine troubles early on caused by a stopped up junk radiator that blew the head gasket , was apart 4 yrs before I paid someone to get it running , got another 2 grand overhaul in it now . I think the injector pump governor seems to not be paying attention when it should ,,. and that will be worked over thru the winter .I am not overly concerned about being upsidedown on this tractor . I will get my pound of flesh out of it . I guess because my dad fought in the pacific in WW2 ,, I treat it like a red headed step child,,. but it really is a decent tractor ...
