I HAVE A 12 HP. 212H HYDRASTATIC WHEEL HORSE LAWN MOWER.APP. 10YRS. OLD. I WAS CUTTING GRASS AND IT SUDDENLY STOPPED MOVING. CHECKED BELTS AND FOUND DRIVE BELT VERY LOOSE. THINKING BELT TO HAVE STRETCHED AND NOT MAKING PROPER CONTACT WITH PULLYS I BOUGHT A NEW BELT. AFTER INSTALLING IT BELT STILL SLACK. THERE ARE TWO FLOATING PULLYS. ONE WITH A FLAT GROOVE AND ONE WITH A VEE. NO SPRINGS THAT I CAN DETECT TO HOLD THESE PULLYS. NO MATTER HOW I POSITION THE BELT IT STILL DOES NOT TAKE UP THE SLACK. ALMOST LIKE SOMETHING IS MISSING . DOES ANYONE HAVE A CLUE OR A DRAWING OF THE PROPER BELT ROUTE. THIS HAPPENED ALL OF A SUDDEN THE BELT MAKES SOME CONTACT AND THE MOWER MOVES SOME BUT YOU CAN TELL IT IS NOT MAKING GOOD CONTACT WITH THE DRIVE PULLYS. YETF
