You don't have to convince me on that I know that and only half of that 1/3rd can really afford one . Back in 95 one of the dealers i know told me back then that pick up would end up over seventy grand . At the time i was thinking about a new F350 Ford one ton four by four cab and Chassis as he had about a dozen on the lot and was willing to let me have my pick for five hundred over factory billing invoice as that still left him with hold back and depending on what bank i delt with how much kick back . So back then i was looking at around 16-17 grand for a new truck. Sticker was between 23-25 and change . I did not do it and kept on running my 88 for two more years and then bought a used Dodge diesel . Yep still have the 95 and i will keep on fixen it as needed till the day i die then the War Dept can call in a back hoe set me in the seat and plant me and the goat together.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
