Rick my only advice is, when ever I go look at a Item I'm interested in the one thing I make sure of is Having enough CASH in my pocket that will cover what I'm willing to spend. Cash Always Talks, it's the only real money in the world & everything else is just figures on a paper. I always ask first on what they are asking, instead of me making a offer, sometimes the offer is far more than what they are asking.. I purchased a John Deere M, None running but complete. He wanted me to make a Offer, I said it's your tractor, what do you want for it?? He said 200.00, I told him it's worth more than 200.00 & offer'd 450.00, He told me for 450.00 I could get the tractor, the John Deere Snow Plow, Ground plow, cultivators, tool bar weeder, 51 mowing machine, tire chains, wheel weights & 3 PT hitch kit. I said I got to give you more Money! He said NO I want it to got to someone who will bring it back to life.... Money Talks....
