Hi From my experiences a hand shake deal is only as honest as both parties, and only worth the paper it's written on L.O.L. I had one guy when I commented on dealing with his brother That I couldn't get a hand shake on the deal, and I wasn't happy about it say " Well I see no negative there. Thats a good thing in my eyes you don't know where that hands been and he don't wash, you might catch something nasty off him"!!!!!!. That kinda tells a story right there about dealing with that guy. Funny thing is the deal wasn't right after, there has been a lot of problems since. I wouldn't deal with him again with what I know now, or wouldn't of if more had been known at the time.
