A neighbor had a baler and rake for sale along the road, probably sat there 4-6 months, finally I asked how much and bought them. Months later his BIL that lives next door, on another part of the family farm, came to me saying he had no right to sell that rake my parents bought that and I want it back. I had fixed it up buying parts plus my labor and had no intention of giving it back. He kept pestering me and I eventually told him get me another in working condition and you can have it back. He never offered money, never got me a different rake so I still have it. This went on over a period of several years.
