One dealer with 9 locations. One's as bad as the next. It'd be nice to be able to walk in and get a part and not have to wait for the UPS truck. I tried looking up a part one time and ordering it,thinking it would be the way to at least have the right part here the next day. Instead, the parts manager from that store called me the next day to confirm the order,so it took two days. No thanks,I've got cattle to feed and made that real clear to everybody in the place the last time I darkened their doorway after they told me a part I'd ordered was there for my loader tractor the morning after I ordered it,but when I got there to pick it up,one of them sheepishly told me it was even available from Deere anymore. They'd get it for me from A&I if I wanted them to,but "It might take a week". That loader tractor was the last Deere I had and I don't miss that kind of poor service in the least. If you want to order everything off the internet and wait, and HOPE that it's the right part, have at it. It's your business, not mine. If some of you guys think the mighty Deere will last forever,I think you're in for a rude awakening one of these days if the owners and the store managers don't get a handle on what their help is doing at the counter.

Minus two kids, we traveled light with only the youngest in tow. As long as a pool was at the end of our destination she was easy to please unlike the other two who have a multitude of requirements to travel with mom and dad. Amana Colonies served as a respite where we ate a family style lunch that sustained us with more food than could reasonably fit into our ample physiques. The show at Ankeny
