cdv, that is exacly the size and type of barn that i would like to build. Could you tell me a little about it, for 30000 what all did this include, concrete ,type of sideing, roof was it wired or insulated was the up staires finish, what type of doors and windows and how many. Was the upstaires just 20x60 I would have thought it would be bigger, the only reason I have not gotten a estimate I figure it would cost about 50000. Sorry for all the question put this is my dream barn for the past couple of years. I would like to add a apartment upstaires. If you could would you email me and send some picture.
