Same stories around here,,your better off to burn a rental house down than to try to make a rent agreement work out, it's so sad to see this caliber of people taking advantage of those of us trying to help them. It boils down to being lazy and lack of work ethics...and it seems to be getting worse..most of those bad renters also steal all that they can from the surrounding neighbors while they are there..these kind of people make a strong statement for better birth control...
