Gosh that's a real nice looking rig and team. Good for you and everyone that attended.
I usually wait until 11:00 AM on Christmas Eve to start my shopping. It's been my tradition for decades, and makes it more sporting. Challenges keep people from getting bored. At that time on that day is when women whom have finished their shopping weeks or months before, have their presents wrapped, are in stores buying last minute items like candles for the dinner table, things like that, things get interesting. And when they do, every year they encounter me standing in the middle of aisles making out my Christmas list, writing down names of people that I need to buy for before I even start looking at items that they might like. By the time that I finish my shopping and make it to the truck with gifts, I'm usually beat up from being clobbered by purses for accidentally tripping people as I walk backwards into them to get a better look at an item someone may not need, but will get from me for Christmas just the same. I get home cut and bruised, shirt torn and half ripped off, hair messed up and missing my shoes. All in all, if I don't get home Christmas Eve night looking as though I was mugged by a group of gangbangers, then my Christmas shopping experience wasn't successful. BUT THIS YEAR, I started my Christmas shopping before Halloween and as unfortunate as it is, I may not have offended or angered anyone...yet, but 'tis getting to be the season.

Some have been very good, some have been well, disappointing to say the least. But no matter how good or bad auctions may be, we always seem to stay until the item we've come for or are interested in is on the block. I've been to some auctions near and far. I think the furthest has been the Two Cylinder 7 in the Amana Colonies last year. Lots of stuff, lots of people. I've also atten
