Most of the compact diesel tractors that IH and Case IH sold were manufactured in Japan by Mitsubishi. The current series Cub Cadet 20 - 28 hp compact diesel tractors are also manufactured by Mitsubishi who also sells the same tractor since the IH compacts in the U.S., they have different hoods and sheet metal on them. Some of the earlier (early 1980's) tractors (274 offset, 284, etc.) were manufactured by a company called Kimco (spelling?), it was a joint wenture between IH and Komatsu. A Mitsubisi of Komatsu industrial lift truck dealer may be able to help you obtain the parts you need.
