Has it always done it, or has it just started? As others have said, a back draft down the vent can blow out the pilot.
However, I recently couldn't keep the pilot lit on the furnace in my shop. I had a couple of different thermocouples on it, too, and didn't help. Turned out the pilot was plenty strong by appearance, but the orifices in the pilot were getting sooty and needed to be cleaned. There was plenty of flame from the pilot but it wasn't hot enough to actuate the thermocouple. Your pilot flame should be totally blue with no yellow.
On mine, you could push the button on the valve and the pilot would stay lit as long as you held the button down. When you released the button to light the burners, the pilot would go out. I called an old buddy who used to work for the local gas company. He spotted the problem right away and said the pilot flame was too yellow. We cleaned out the pilot orifices and it's working perfectly.
