Thank you. The door is one made by the company that I bought the building from. It is a metal frame, no wood on it, has about 12' 6" height clearance with 13' 6" wide for opening. They have to replace the top frame rail on it as it is bowed some because they drilled the holes too far towards the center, that is why there is some gap on the top towards the sides yet and why I have that left to do lol. Being they have a guide on the lower left side for the door I might be making a track going from one side to the other that allows clearance for it when I open the door and still be able to attach the insulation and paneling to it. I plan on using some of the garage door vinyl "board" trim with rubber on it for the top seal with the rubber facing the door. Being you will have two sliders you can maybe use some of the hard rubber garage door seal on the sides of the outside of the door. It has an angle to it so it can be used two different ways. That is what I might be using on mine. I was thinking about making an opener for it but I don't open it that much.
