It is a constant battle for me. I love ice cream, I get it in a little custard cup. If I can keep from going back twice it is a victory, If I stop myself at just one, Major victory!! The key as you point out is keeping busy. If I am home working on line at my regular job it is tough to avoid munching. If I go out to drive truck for a day it is a lot easier to avoid snacks and I get excercise as well. One day recently according to my new I phone, I climbed 14 flights of stairs and walked six miles.
