At work we have a van with Michelins on it and F150 with Hancooks on it and recently both have one tire blow the side wall out. Both sets of tires are only 2 years old, neither vehicle carries a big load at anytime. Seem to have very thin side walls. On my personal vehicles I have been running Good Years Wranglers, they a tuff tire but not much on tread wear. I am thinking about the Yokohamas for my next purchase. Have heard good tjings about them. Also ran them on a small steeet bike I had years ago and they held up good on it.
