I had turbo rebuilt and replaced the fuel lift pump and now my truck will not start and the tach only reads about 100 rpm when cranking over I also replaced the glow plugs and checked compression which was about 320 psi on all cylinders also new fuel filter with about 20 psi after cranking on the Schrader valve also changed the cam position sensor too. Any thoughts ???
