My wife says I'm just one big collection of pet peeves, but from my point of view, they can all be traced to two sources: People who don't do what they say they're going to do and lazy people.
The first can be manifested in various ways: Tardiness. Procrastination. 2 day jobs that take a month and go triple the original budget. Shoddy workmanship.
Laziness shows in many ways too: Driving everywhere, even a few hundred feet. Stealing handicap parking spaces. Parking wherever a vehicle rolls to a stop. Leaving shopping carts in the middle of the lot when there's a corral 20 feet away. Failure to put stuff back where it belongs. Another source of shoddy workmanship. Sitting on your @$$ collecting welfare when jobs are going unfilled. Letting your kids raise themselves, or letting the school do it for you. Living in a complete ****hole because you're too lazy to clean up after yourself.
