Out here in MI I passed a guy on the interstate who had pulled over to hack the head off a huge 10 pointer road kill (probably going to have it mounted and claim he shot it). That, of course, wasn't as bad as the guy who was arrested out here some years back who got caught along side the road having "intimate relations" (for lack of a more appropriate term) with a road kill deer. I can't imagine what the charge would be. After all, the thing wasn't alive and he wasn't the one who killed it. It may have even been in daylight so it could have been a...wait for it... "not tonight deer".
