Need held with a cummins j70 power unit. It had been sitting for a while. I changed the fuel filter before trying to start, it fired up for about 5 seconds and cut off, now it will not start. I removed the plug that houses the filter screen on top of the pump and poured if full of fuel, still no start. Then I removed the supply line on top of the fuel shutdown solenoid and there is no fuel coming out. Then I removed the shutdown solenoid and still no fuel. I'm kind of at a loss right now. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
