On Monday this was a 24" bathroom door! Removed the door, replaced 2-2X4s with 2-1X4s, used 1/4" drywall and now it is a 27" opening! They have spare carpet, so tomorrow that is getting repaired! I had never used this style of corner bead, plus they needed the paint 2 tone thru the opening! At least I'm still learning at my age! HA Had to rob baseboard from elsewhere to make this right! Found a place where an 8 foot piece of new, as long as style and color are close, does not matter!
