I would buy it for the tires if you chckrd them for dry rot or cracks. Did you run it for 5 min and observe the stall ? One the gas or spark will be absent. Check that block over real good for cracks and welds carb side . Check the radiator for oil in the cooling system. ainti freeze in oil ? Check the start up for moisture coming out exhaust, Check the Clutch, sound stallengine if drive it and with brakes depressed should stall engine if clutch is good. $850 sound very cheap to me for a SC without issues
