It is a Mr Gasket pump, probably cheap. It has a supplied built in filter on it. The first one kept losing the ability to pump so I would pressurize the tank by blowing in it, it finally quit and just clicks. The second one started acting the same and I found the seam on the supplied filter was leaking and it was sucking air. I rigged it up to get by and now it quit too and just clicks.
