When I was a kid they converted a local feed lot to house some of these mustangs. They would catch them out west and ship them here where there aren't any wild horses for people to adopt. I can remember going to look at it but dad was awful concerned with the fact that some could be unbreakable, that coupled with the fact that they would check on you for 4 years or so and some other regulations. I don't have a problem with regulating them but the kill em all attitude isn't any better than the you can't do anything to them attitude.
