Farmed small farm for older gentleman for 10 yrs, he died, the boys sold it. There's a large spring in the middle and a ditch running through the 38 acres. You could only farm 30. At the auction, the auctioneer announced the size of the field and my yield this fall as he was told by the son. 195 bpa. Guy next to me was asking me, you got that on that crappy 38 acres? No I got that on only the 30 you could farm!
